Sourdough, pastries and coffee are served at the counter. All of our products contain gluten, and are produced in the same premises as peanut, nut and seed products.

Four days a week, and then it is gone.
Thursday
The week opens
Doors at seven. Sourdough, croissants and the morning buns.
Friday
Pastry day
Laminated things come out first. Reserved boxes wait behind the counter.
Saturday
The busy one
Come early or reserve. Whatever is baked is what there is.
Sunday
Last of the week
Then it is closed until Thursday. Monday to Wednesday, closed.
The bread club
A loaf a week, in your name.
Regulars already come every week. A club turns that into money in the bank on the first of the month, and tells the bakery how many loaves to make before the mixer starts.
Deliveroo takes a commission on every order it sends. A club billed directly does not.

Our story
To nourish our community with love and good health through the art of baking bread.

Founded in 2020 by three sisters. European style breads and pastry on the south coast, 100% organic flour and ingredients, sourdough fermented over 48 hours. Google lists the bakery as women owned.
