If he cannot pick up

Leave your number.
Rob calls you back.

Tell him what is happening and how soon you need someone. A photo helps if you have one, but it is not needed.

Add a photo, if it helpsOptional. Some jobs can be priced from a picture.

A real version texts Rob your number, what is wrong and how urgent it is, so he can ring you between jobs.

What people call me for

The jobs, in their words.

Everything listed here comes from what customers have written in reviews. Nothing invented.

Leaks and taps

The small jobs that cannot wait, done and tidied up after.

Water tanks

One customer wrote that Rob serviced our water tank and showed them how to watch it for leaks.

Out of hours

His listing says Open 24 hours, so a burst at eleven at night has a number to ring.

A real site would list everything he covers, in his words, and say plainly what he does not do.

Money in before the phone rings

A yearly check, paid monthly.

Most plumbing work is an emergency, so the diary is empty until something bursts. A small yearly check plan puts visits in the calendar and a payment on the first of the month.

Proposed feature - example plan

Yearly plumbing check

£9 a month, example
  • One check a year: stopcock, tank, visible pipework, taps
  • Priority when something goes wrong
  • A record of what was checked and when
  • Cancel any time

What it would mean

Sixty households on that example is roughly £540 a month, arriving whether or not anything breaks, and sixty visits he can book in the quiet weeks.

The figure is an illustration. Rob sets the real one, and the plan only ever covers work he confirms he does.

What happens next

  1. You tell us what is wrong in the demo: the prices, the hours, the photos, the words.
