Quota Attainment & Payout Calculator

Plug in where you actually stand — closed-won, weighted pipeline, and your comp plan's rate, gate and accelerator — and this tool runs the real gate → base-rate → accelerator math most SaaS commission plans use. You get a projected attainment %, a projected payout in £, and the exact daily/weekly pace that closes the gap to 100%.

Your numbers

Your revenue target for this period
Deal value × your realistic close probability, summed — not raw pipeline
Minimum attainment before any commission pays — enter 0 if you have no gate
Business days left to close more revenue

Method & assumptions

  • Uses a common SaaS commission structure: a payout gate below which nothing is earned, a flat base rate on revenue from £0 up to 100% of quota once the gate clears, and an accelerator multiplier on revenue above 100%.
  • Weighted pipeline should be deal value × your realistic close probability — inflate that number and the projected payout inflates with it.
  • Days elapsed/remaining are assumed to be working (business) days; weekly pace = daily pace × 5.
  • This is a planning estimate, not a payroll figure — always confirm against your actual comp plan document and live CRM numbers before making commitments.

How to use it

Enter your period quota and what you've closed-won so far. Add your weighted pipeline as deal value × realistic close probability — not raw pipeline value, or the projection will be inflated. Set your comp plan's base rate, gate (the minimum attainment % before anything pays — use 0 if your plan has none), and accelerator multiplier for revenue booked above 100% of quota. Enter working days elapsed and remaining in the period. The tool recalculates instantly: use the gap-to-quota and daily/weekly pace figures to prioritise which deals to push this week, and compare the "projected" bar against the "run-rate trend" bar to see how much of your number is proven pace versus pipeline optimism.
