Objection-Handling Drill Builder

Generates a practice set of real, common objections for your deal type — price, timing, authority or status-quo — each paired with an Acknowledge–Explore–Respond framework instead of a script to memorise. Shuffle it, print it, and run it as a two-person drill: the whole point is that reps have to ask a real question before they're allowed to respond.

Your numbers

What you're selling into, e.g. "Enterprise CRM", "Facilities contract"
Drops competitor-specific lines into price & status-quo objections
Focus on one family, or mix them for realism
Tailors the coaching angle on each card
4–16 cards per drill sheet
Experienced mode hides the scripted line so they build it live

Method & assumptions

  • Acknowledge-Explore-Respond is deliberately not a script: the Explore step is a forced qualifying question, because skipping straight to a canned response is the most common reason objection handling breaks down live.
  • The bank covers the four families that account for most real-world stalls - price, timing, authority and status quo - and defaults to a mixed set so practice isn't predictable.
  • New-rep mode shows one sample response per card for calibration; experienced-rep mode strips it out so the framework (not the wording) is what actually gets rehearsed.
  • The set reshuffles on every change - tweak any field and print again for a fresh run before the next practice pass.

How to use it

Set the deal type (and optionally the competitor your team keeps hearing about), pick whether to drill one objection family or a realistic mix, choose who's objecting, how many cards you want (4-16), and whether reps see a sample response or just the framework. Click into the output, hit "Print / Save as PDF", and run it as a pairs drill: Partner A reads a card's objection cold, Partner B must Acknowledge, ask one of the Explore questions out loud, and only then attempt to Respond. Swap roles every few cards. Change any input to reshuffle a fresh set for the next pass.
