A block-scheduling structure for running a focused, high-volume calling sprint — built around six 10-minute dial sprints with short resets, rather than one unbroken hour, because attention and vocal energy both degrade well before 60 minutes.

Pre-block setup (5 minutes, before the first dial)

  • ☐ List loaded and ordered (highest-priority contacts first, in case the block runs short)
  • ☐ Daily Dial Sheet open and ready
  • ☐ Calendar open for booking
  • ☐ Water within reach
  • ☐ Phone/headset checked
  • ☐ One-sentence goal for the block set (e.g., "3 meetings booked" or "40 dials completed")

Structure — six 10-minute sprints

6:60–:70Bonus sprint if energy allows

(Total block ≈ 70 minutes including resets — adjust sprint count to fit your available time; four sprints works as a shorter "Power 40" version.)

Mid-block reset ritual (use every 10-minute break)

  1. Stand up, even briefly.
  2. Take 3 slow breaths.
  3. Say your Pattern Interrupt line out loud once, at full energy, before your next dial — this resets vocal energy faster than silence does.
  4. Glance at your tally, not to judge it, just to know where you are.

How to use it

Run one Power Hour block at the same time each day for two weeks before judging results — consistency in timing matters as much as the structure itself, since prospects' own availability patterns (and your own energy rhythm) repeat daily. Log every block in the weekly table and cross-reference against the Cold Call Conversion Rate Calculator to see whether structured sprints are lifting your ratios versus unstructured dialing.

How to use it

Block 60-90 minutes on your calendar, run the six 10-minute sprints with the built-in resets, tally each one live, and log the block in the weekly table to track trend over time.
