Scoring logic

``` Module weights (points available): Module 1 — Core Product & Platform 20 pts Module 2 — ICP & Use Cases 20 pts Module 3 — Competitive Positioning 20 pts Module 4 — Pricing & Packaging 20 pts Module 5 — Objection-Handling Knowledge 20 pts Module 6 — Technical & Integration Basics 20 pts (use your own 6 questions, same 3.33 pt weighting)
Total possible 120 pts
Final score % = (Points earned ÷ 120) × 100
Pass threshold: 80% or higher overall AND no single module scoring below 60% (prevents a strong overall score from masking a real gap in, e.g., competitive positioning or pricing authority — both are high-risk areas if a rep gets them wrong live in front of a prospect) ```
Retake policy: if overall score is below 80%, or any module is below 60%, the rep restudies the specific module(s) that failed (not the whole bank) and retakes only those modules within 5 business days. A full-bank retake is only required if the rep fails the same module twice.
