Design rules behind this agenda
- Every session should map to Vision, Skill, or Celebration — if you can't say which, cut it or move it.
- No more than 90 minutes without a break or format change.
- Skill-building day should be majority practice (labs/roleplay), not majority lecture.
- Recognition on Day 3 should include how someone grew, not only what they closed.
How to use it
Copy the three day-tables into your own SKO planning doc, swap in your specific breakout topics and speakers, and check every session against the four design rules before finalizing.
