3-Day Sales Kickoff Agenda Builder

Hour-by-hour agenda blocks organized by Vision, Skill-Building, and Celebration days, so every session on the schedule earns its slot.

How to use it

Copy the three day-tables into your own SKO planning doc, swap in your specific breakout topics and speakers, and check every session against the four design rules before finalizing.

What's inside

  • Full hour-by-hour Day 1 (Vision & Direction) agenda, 7:30am to reception
  • Full hour-by-hour Day 2 (Skill-Building) agenda, including breakout tracks and roleplay labs
  • Full hour-by-hour Day 3 (Celebration) agenda, including a skill-growth award slot
  • 4 explicit design rules for building any SKO agenda (Vision/Skill/Celebration mapping, 90-minute break rule, practice-majority rule, growth-based recognition rule)

Design rules behind this agenda

  • Every session should map to Vision, Skill, or Celebration: if you can't say which, cut it or move it.
  • No more than 90 minutes without a break or format change.
  • Skill-building day should be majority practice (labs/roleplay), not majority lecture.
  • Recognition on Day 3 should include how someone grew, not only what they closed.
