Placeholder mode is on. Everything in amber is sample content, not taken from your site. Turn it off in the toolbar for a clean walkthrough.
Every places-left count, the calendar past your four published Sundays, the membership and the block, the two events on the Events page, the party packages, the pre-order items, the session block, the account data, every figure in the revenue model and every name and number in the back end need your real figures. Your verified details are not marked: 100,000 square feet over four floors, the former Stanley Tools factory, the £59 hire day and the £35 own gunner day with their deposits, the 08:20 to 16:30 game day and the 09:45 safety brief, 350 fps and semi auto only, ages 11 with a parent and 16 without, the FPS chart, eye and face protection, no pyro and no smoke indoors, your two phone numbers, email and address, your Spartan roundel, your rating on Google. Your own pictures are used and labelled as yours: the Stanley Tools frontage, the lightning composite, a gameplay photograph and your Spartan artwork (marked as artwork, not photographs of the site). The ground under the map is a locked frame of Google's 3D imagery and says so.
CQB airsoft over four floors of the former Stanley Tools factory, on Rutland Road in the steel city.
WhyYour opening screen is your own identity pushed harder: your gold Spartan on a crimson ground, the red of your own splatter artwork and the brick of the Stanley Tools frontage, set in Roman inscriptional capitals. It opens on what you are (one hundred thousand square feet of CQB over four floors, in Sheffield), where you are, and a button. Behind it, your own pictures in turn: the players in the factory, the Stanley Tools frontage in a storm, Rutland Road from the air and your Spartan; the rain and the lightning are drawn on the screen, not filmed, and none of it moves for a visitor who has asked for reduced motion.
Committed to retaining old skool airsoft values: honour, honesty and respect.
WhyYour line, word for word off your homepage. It is the first thing you say about yourselves, so it is the line the page repeats.
The Stan, by the numbers
WhyFour plates, four facts, every word off your own pages: the size and the floors from your homepage, the chrono limit and the semi auto rule from your FPS chart, the torch from your site safety list. Nothing here is invented.
Prices
Two prices today, own kit or the hire package. A member price is proposed: throw the lever and the board does the sum.
| Ticket | Game day | Half day, proposed |
|---|---|---|
| Own kitYour own gun, eyes and BBs, over the chrono | £35 |
£35 |
| Hire packageGun, mask and 3,000 BBs | £59 |
£59 |
£59 with a hire package, £35 with your own gun, as published on tachousespartan.com. The member and half day columns are proposed.
WhyYour two prices are published, but only inside a ticket page a visitor reaches after Buy Tickets, and each carries a service fee on top (48p and 38p on your own checkout). A price on the page is the first thing a parent or a first-timer looks for, and the first thing an assistant quotes. These eight figures are sample and outlined amber; drop in yours and the board, the checkout and the structured data all follow.
The sum
Our prices, on the page.
Not behind a button.
Membership is proposed, not on sale: a price we set, taken off every game day, on a card that renews itself.
£You publish no membership, so this one is proposed: a £60 sample for 12 months with a member price off every game day. Today a regular pays the full £35 or £59 every Sunday and you hold no record of them between one and the next. Sold on this panel, it renews itself and the card lives in the player's account.
The factory
Four floors of a derelict tooling factory: stairwells, corridors and machine halls, some of them dark enough that you bring a torch. Semi auto only, 350 fps on the chrono, no pyro anywhere on site.
Our photograph
One hundred thousand square feet of the old tooling factory, over four floors, with the character still in it.
Your picture
In some areas it is dark, or the light is dim: bring a torch. Every weapon over the chrono before play, with random checks during.
Your artwork
£35 with your own kit, £59 with the hire package. Eye protection rated to 500 fps, on at all times in the game zone; under 18s in full face.
WhyThe headline is your homepage's phrase; the captions are your rules pages in your words. Two of the pictures are your own photographs from your homepage. The third is your own Spartan artwork, outlined and marked because it is a picture you publish, not a photograph of the building.
The ground from above
Drag the map to move it, pinch or use the buttons to zoom, tap a marker to see what is there.
WhyYour homepage carries your address only in its footer, and the contact page repeats it. This puts the ground on the front page. The picture is a locked frame of Google's 3D imagery around your postcode; your own drone shot drops straight in. All three markers are guesses because we cannot tell which roof on Former Stanley Tools Factory, Rutland Road is yours from the air: tell us and they move.
A game day
Gates open at 08:20 on a game day. Sign in, waiver checked, rental issued.
Safety brief starts at 09:45, as our event page says. Every weapon over the chrono first; random checks in play.
Traditional old skool games and objective based scenarios over the four floors, semi auto only.
Off at 16:30, as your ticket page says. Rental back on the rack, magazines out, weapons cleared before leaving the game zone.
Why08:20, 09:45 and 16:30 are yours, off your event page. The games line is proposed, in your own words ("traditional Old Skool games", "objective based scenarios"), because no running order is published.
Our rules, as published
Chrono limits
| BB weight | Limit | |
|---|---|---|
| 0.20g | 350 fps | 328 actual at 1 joule |
| 0.25g | 314 fps | 294 actual; 1.14 joule with variance |
| 0.28g | 296 fps | 277 actual; semi auto only |
| 0.30g | 286 fps | 268 actual; HPA valves locked |
BB weights from 0.20g up to and including 0.30g. Every weapon over the chrono before play, with random checks during.
WhyEvery figure is off your FPS chart, actual and maximum with variance. Most sites bury the chrono; yours is a chart, so it goes on the front page and into the FAQ an assistant reads.
When we open
Four published dates: 27 September, then 4, 11 and 18 October.
WhyQuoted from your contact panel. Your four published Sundays fill the first rows of the calendar; the rows after them are sample and say so, because your site publishes no dates past 18 October.
Membership
A card for the regulars: a member price on the own gunner day and the hire package, bought online, with the sum shown before you pay. Proposed: no membership is on sale today.
Today, on our site
No membership. Two prices, every Sunday: £35 with your own kit, £59 with the hire package.
WhyYour site sells no membership, and your Sundays already draw regulars: a player who books four Sundays with their own kit has paid you £140 and you have no record of them. This band is the shape a membership would take; the figures are sample.
£The background is your own Spartan artwork. Everything on this band is proposed and outlined amber: the price, the member gap and the perks are figures you set. Twelve months from the day of joining, so renewals roll rather than land on one date.
In our own words
Three lines from our homepage, exactly as written.
Voted the 3rd best site in the country by Airsoft International Magazine in 2016.
The original site closed in 2021 due to redevelopment.
Over 50 years experience in law enforcement and military combat.
Our mark
As shown on our homepage.
WhyThese three lines are your homepage's, quoted as written. The Google listing returns its reviews truncated, and a truncated quote is not a verbatim one, so none are typed in; on the live site the three most recent render from your Google Business Profile and refresh themselves.

Straight answers
AIEach question is phrased the way people type it, answered in the first sentence, and published as FAQPage structured data. Only the verified answers go into the structured data; the proposed sentences are kept out of it so nothing an assistant quotes is invented. The price answer is verified: your ticket page prints £35 and £59, so an assistant can quote them.
Calendar
Open game days on Sundays, 08:20 to 16:30, safety brief at 09:45. Your four published Sundays are real; the rows after them are a sample shape.
£Every real session becomes its own page and its own Event record in the structured data, with a price and a start time. That is what puts a Sunday at Former Stanley Tools Factory, Rutland Road into Google's event results and into an assistant's answer to "airsoft near Sheffield this weekend". Today each Sunday is a ticket page; here it is also a record with a price and a start time.
What's on at Former Stanley Tools Factory, Rutland Road

Three more Sundays
WhyYour four published Sundays are the four on this board, each with its own address, the times and the two ticket prices off your own event pages, and the deposit taken here instead of on Wix. The places-left count is sample. Post the next date and the card fills itself.

How events get announced today
Today a game day exists as a Wix event with a Buy Tickets button, a service fee on top of each ticket, and most of the money still to collect at the door. There is no player account, no waiver on file, and no record of who is coming beyond a guest count.
This page is the fix: a permanent Events entry in the menu, one address per date with the poster on it, the deposit taken on the page, and the record kept afterwards.
Today
Proposed
£The deposit is a mechanic your site cannot run today: a held place, a receipt sent, and a count on Saturday night of who is coming on Sunday, without a platform between you and the money.
Past events
Date and a line on how it went, kept at its own address.
The page stays up after the day, with its date and its photographs, instead of dropping off the front.
We run specialist training days for single players or formed teams; this is a sample of the record one would leave.
The oldest entry in the record.
WhySample layout: these four cards are invented to show the shape, and your real record replaces them. A past event kept at its own address is proof to a first-timer that the place is busy, and it is what search returns for "The Stan night game" next year.
Booking. Our own checkout, no platform fee, one account.
Your own gun, eye protection and BBs, over the chrono.
Gun, mask and 3,000 BBs. Choose the hire package if you have no gear.
£60 for 12 months. Applied to this booking straight away.
£Offering the membership at the moment it saves money, to someone with their card out, is the highest-converting place on the site. The sum is shown, not explained. What your rental package contains is not published on your site, so the rental ticket does not list it; one for you to confirm.
Pre-ordered, paid, and waiting with your name on it at the desk.
£Your hire package is real and on your ticket page, and today it is booked with a £19 deposit and the rest at the door. Pre-ordered and paid with the ticket, it is money in your account before anyone arrives and a rack count on Saturday night.
Your release of liability is stored against your account and reused for twelve months. No link in the booking email, no form at the desk.
Demo only. No card is charged.
£The live site takes payment direct to your own Stripe account. Your own checkout means no booking fee on the ticket, the customer list is yours, and one account holds the booking, the waiver and the membership instead of a ticket page and a waiver signed on the day.

Do the sum
Membership runs 12 months from the day you join.
£Your two prices are real. Everything with a pound sign beside the member column is sample, because you sell no membership. Set the member gap and this panel sells the membership on arithmetic, not on a paragraph.
Groups
Private game days for a group, and specialist training days for single players or formed teams, run by staff with over 50 years in law enforcement and military combat. Price your group on screen and hold the date with a deposit.
WhyYour homepage offers "specialist training days for single players or already formed teams" and stops there: no package, no price, no button. A quote on screen at 11pm on a Tuesday, with a deposit, is the difference between a message and a booking.
Instant quote
Deposit today: £90 · balance a week before
£Group work is the highest-margin thing you sell, and a private day fills a Saturday or a weekday the open Sundays leave empty. A quote on screen with a deposit holds the date without a phone call.
On site
Hire guns, BBs in your three allowed weights and a torch for the dark floors. Pre-order here and it is waiting with your name on.
WhyThe hire package and the BB weights are real and on your pages; the torch is on your site safety list. What is proposed is that they are paid for before anyone arrives. No shop is invented: your FAQ asks "Can I purchase a gun?" and the answer is yours to give.

Membership
Four game days as a member. At the sample gap the £60 pays back on the twelfth; the card is theirs from day one.
On file
Game days on the card
Every game day booked on the card is counted here, so a member sees what the card has saved them without a conversation at the desk.
WhyA perk that lives on a page nobody reads is a cost; a perk that lives in an account is a reason to renew.
Your desk. Not a public page.
This is what you see on a Sunday morning once the site takes the money. Every number on it is sample: it shows the shape of the thing, not your real figures.
WhyThe public site is half the proposal. The other half is this: the manifest before the doors open, the rentals counted on Friday, the deposits held, the membership renewals sent as each one falls due, and the money landing in your bank with no platform between you and it.
Manifest
Everyone who has booked and paid, before you open the doors at 08:20. Sample session shape after that.
Check-in
Each player shows the pass on the phone. Scan it and the row ticks. A player without a waiver signs on the tablet first.
Rentals to issue
Rentals booked and paid ahead, at the sample prices. Tick each one as it goes out.
Pre-orders to bag
Pre-orders today: £256. None of it counted in cash.
Waivers outstanding
Takings so far, this session
£0
Booked and paid on your own checkout before the doors open. Walk-ups on the day come on top.
Same Sunday last year, through Wix
£905
38 players through the Wix ticket page, a service fee on top of every ticket and most of the money collected at the door. No pre-orders, no rentals booked ahead, no membership sold.
Both figures are sample. Yours replace them the first session it runs.
Bookings
The latest bookings on each of the next four dates, with the money against them. The Today manifest holds every player for the next session; this list shows the most recent bookings for it. Refund or move a booking from here; the player gets the email, you do not write it.
A refund goes back to the card it came from. A move keeps the money and changes the date; if the new date costs a different amount, the difference is charged or refunded and the line here says so.
Members
Everyone who has paid the £60. Because each membership runs 12 months from the day of joining, renewals fall due through the year, and this button queues every one that is due this month.
The list
Renewal run
Goes out a month before each membership runs out, with a card link for the next 12 months. Anyone who pays rolls over without you touching it. Anyone who does not gets one nudge and then drops to casual prices.
Why they join
A member price off every game day, the waiver on file, rental to their name, renewing itself: the proposal. The site now says that at the moment a player is deciding.
Events
A night skirmish held with deposits and a members' night with a discount. Dates, prices, deposits and entries are all sample; your site publishes no dated events.
Sunday 25 October, sample
Sample shape: 17:00 to 22:00, own kit or the hire package, every weapon over the chrono, deposit held on your own checkout.
Entrants
Sunday 15 November, sample
A sample 10% off for members on the night. The site applies it to every price for that date, so nobody asks at the desk:
Member perks, proposed
Money
What the site has taken, line by line, and when it reaches your bank. Every figure on this panel is sample; your Stripe account replaces them the day it goes live.
Takings by line, this month so far
Vouchers are in the proposal but switched off, so the line reads nil until you say yes.
Card against cash
Nothing stops you taking cash from a walk-up. The point is that the £60 memberships, the deposits and the pre-orders arrive on your own checkout before anyone has parked.
Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule you set once. The days shown are sample. Card fees are shown as a sample line, not a quote.
Settings
Change a price here and the board on the site changes with it. Prefilled with sample prices, because your site prints none; the chrono limits are prefilled with the three you publish.

Age and safety
The first two are your published rules and the site enforces them at the checkout: a player under 18 cannot finish a booking without ticking full face, and a player under 16 cannot be booked without a parent or guardian on the booking.
