The Saturday dates, the two Friday night dates, the £10 event deposit, the BBQ and food prices, the day block, the account data, the revenue model, every places-left count, the map markers and every figure and name in the back end need your real numbers. Not marked, because they are yours: every fare, the £30 renewal, every Sunday and its times, 25 acres, the ten named areas, the hire kit, the tuck shop, HPA at £1.50, ages 8 and over, the chrono limits, private hire and night games, your phone, email and address, your orange, your badge, your posters and your ten photographs. The canopy, night and hire kit pictures are generated and say so; the ground from above is a still of Google's 3D imagery.
Woodland, CQB and buildings. Gates 08:00, games 10:00 till 16:00, walk on for £20.

WhyYour opening screen is your own summer poster opened up: the badge, the chalk timetable board, the four fare tiles with the half-day price under each one, BOOK NOW in your mustard, and your icon row. Every time and every price on it is yours. The picture behind it is a generated canopy, marked as such, until you send a wide photograph of the wood; your ten photographs are the strip below.
Gear up. Play hard. Have fun.
Photographs
The village, the caravan park, the wood and the safe zone, on a game day.

WhyTen of your own photographs, none of them generated. They are small because your site serves them small; the originals from your camera drop straight in at full size.

Prices as published on ntac.co.uk for 2026. Half day is AM 09:00 to 12:30 or PM 13:00 to 16:00.
WhyEvery price on the board is on your homepage, your booking page or your summer poster. The member half-day hire, £25, is on the poster only. What the hire kit includes is your booking page's list.
The sum
Three full days
and the £30 is paid back
Membership takes £10 off a full day, walk-on or hire, and £5 off a half day. Anyone who comes three Sundays a year should be a member, and today they can only join at the office on site.
£This is the whole pitch on one panel. You already have a price ladder that rewards membership and over a thousand members on it. Your booking page cannot sell the membership, cannot join anyone, and cannot tell a member from a walk-on until they reach the office. Putting the ladder on screen with the sum done, and the ID photo taken in the checkout, is the cheapest revenue you can add.
The ground
Woodland, CQB and buildings. Structures move around every month so the games do not get too easy.
WhyThe ten names are your own list from your homepage; your about page adds the Kill House, Manor House, Bunker Hill, the caravan park and the trench system. What each one is for is not written anywhere on your site, so nothing is claimed beyond the name. One line each from you and they fill in.
The ground from above
Drag the picture to move it, pinch or use the buttons to zoom, tap a marker to see what runs there.
WhyThe ground footage is a locked render of your site from Google's 3D imagery; your own drone footage drops straight in. The four markers are guesses, all marked, because your site does not say where anything sits: tell us where the village, Little Mexico, the outpost and the gate are and they move. Every game under a marker is a sample.
A Sunday
Sign in at the main office and hand in your paperwork. Hire kit issued. Arrival by 09:00 is best.
Three site chronos. 350fps full auto on 0.20g to 0.28g, DMR locked at 420fps, up to 500fps single-shot sniper on 0.20g to 0.46g with a 25 metre engagement rule.
Teams sorted, a red or blue arm band on each arm.
Through the ten areas. Minimum two marshals on any game day.
The tuck shop has hot food and snacks, or bring your own. Free tea, coffee and water all day.
Afternoon session. A half day is AM or PM; you cannot float from one to the other.
Back to the safe zone, hire kit returned and any faults reported. Gates locked at 16:30.
WhyEvery time on this list is yours, from your homepage and your time-table page. The chrono limits are your site rules. Nothing on it is proposed.

What hire includes
Players must book for kit hire online or may miss out. Members hire for £30 all day.
WhyThe kit list and the rule about booking hire online are your booking page's words. The hire is the one thing you take bookings for today, and you take no money for it until the gate; here it is paid when it is booked.
After dark, and all to yourselves
Halloween and Bonfire night run on the Friday evening: five hours of play, normal game day charges, free BBQ, camp over if you like. Private hire is £40 a player with a £50 deposit and 14 days' notice. Both booked and paid on the page, the deposit taken when the date is held.
Our services
£The background is illustrative, generated. Every figure in the card is from your services page. What is proposed is that the £50 deposit and the £40 a head are taken on the page instead of by email, with the date held the moment the deposit clears.
What players say
The three most recent Google reviews, exactly as they were written.
Slot 1
The most recent Google review lands here, word for word, with the reviewer's name and star rating as Google holds it.
Slot 2
The one before it lands here.
Slot 3
And the one before that.
WhyNo typed-in testimonials: the three most recent reviews from your Google Business Profile render here and refresh themselves. The slots are empty on purpose because no review text could be read verbatim from your listing. Your homepage says you were voted the best site to play in the northeast by the players; that stays your claim, in your words, and is not restated as ours.
On Google today
4.7 on Google
From the Google listing, 24 September 2026. The review count is not shown.
WhyThe number is real; your site does not show it anywhere. The count is left off rather than guessed.
Straight answers
AIEach question is phrased the way people type it, answered in the first sentence, and published as FAQPage structured data. Only the verified answers go into the structured data; the proposed parts are kept out of it so nothing an assistant quotes is invented.
Calendar
Every Sunday, gates 08:00, games 10:00 till 16:00. Saturday half-day hire runs on selected dates; check the booking dates.
£Every date is its own page and its own Event record in the structured data, with a price and a start time. That is what puts one of your Sundays into Google's event results and into an assistant's answer to "airsoft near Durham this weekend". Saturday half-day hire is on your booking page but which Saturdays run is not published, so Saturdays are shown as to be announced.

Gear up. Play hard. Have fun.
WhyYour services page says Halloween and Bonfire run on the Friday evening, five hours, normal charges, free BBQ, camping. Those facts are on the cards. The two dates are the nearest Fridays to 31 October and 5 November 2026 and are marked as ours until you confirm. The £10 deposit is proposed; the places-left count is sample.
Past events
Members played free with a valid ID card. 1v1 killhouse, pistol duelling, knife competition, trophies and medals.
"Take the kids out this summer for an easy and fun day out." Gates 08:30, chrono 09:30, games 10:00.
Two game day posters, same fares, "book now".
A club since 2009 as Andys Airsoft, then NTAC; at Quarry House Woods since April 2016.
WhyThree of these four cards are your own posters read back to you; the fourth is a sample built from your about page. A past event kept at its own address is proof to a first-timer that you have been running since 2009, and it is what search returns for "NTAC Halloween" next October.
Booking. Paid before Sunday, counted before the gates open.
Your own gun, eye protection and BBs.
M4 and sling, 2 mags, mask, camo jacket, tac-vest, 3,300 rounds. Game fee included.
£30 for a year from today. Applied to this booking straight away.
£Offering the membership at the moment it saves money, to someone with their card out, is the highest-converting place on the site. The sum is shown, not explained. The hire ticket lists what your booking page says the kit includes.
Pre-ordered, paid, and waiting with your name on it at the safe zone.
£Your tuck shop, HPA fills and the Co2 pistol are real and advertised, and sell nothing online. Pre-ordered, they are money in your account before anyone arrives and a stock count on Saturday night.
Signed waivers are stored against your account and reused for twelve months. No clipboard at the gate.
Demo only. No card is charged.
£The live site takes payment direct to your own Stripe account. Your own checkout means the customer list is yours, and the money is in your account before Sunday instead of counted at the gate on the day.

Verified£30 to renew, valid a year
£10 off every full day, £5 off every half day. Over a thousand of you already.
Why£30 is your renewal price on your pricing plan, "valid for one year". Joining is on site only because you need a photo for the ID card; the checkout can take the photo. What a first-time join costs is not published, so it is not stated.

Do the sum
Membership is valid for a year from the day it is paid.
Joining online
Today a new member joins at the office, where we take their details and a picture for the ID card. The checkout asks for the same picture from the phone camera, the card is printed before the gates open, and the office queue on a Sunday morning is shorter by every new member.
£Deliberately not a monthly scheme. You run fifty-odd Sundays a year, and a monthly fee cannot beat £10 off a day for the player who comes once a month; people do that sum and cancel. The £30 is already yours and already right. The work is selling it to the walk-ons who come three times.
Private hire
Birthdays, stag and hen, team building, film shoots. 15 to 50 players at £40 each, a £50 deposit, 14 days' notice. Price your group on screen and hold the date with the deposit.
WhyYour services page publishes the price, the minimum, the maximum, the deposit and the notice. What it says at the end is "please state, when booking, your required date" and "just email for all details". This is what that becomes: a total on screen and a date held with the £50. The background image is illustrative, generated.
Instant quote
Deposit today: £225 · balance a week before
£Your deposit is a flat £50; this sample takes a quarter of the total so you can see the shape of a bigger one. Group work is the highest-margin thing you sell and it is currently lost to whoever answers the email first. A quote on screen at 11pm on a Tuesday, with a deposit button beside it, converts the organiser while they are still in the group chat.
On site
The tuck shop, the airsoft shop, HPA at £1.50 a bottle and the Co2 pistol at £5 are all on site every Sunday. Pre-order here and it is bagged up with your name on.
WhyYour homepage and about page list the tuck shop with hot food, the fully stocked airsoft shop, HPA fills at £1.50, the £5 Co2 pistol, free tea and coffee and free battery charging. What is proposed is that the paid items are paid for before anyone arrives.
Gift vouchers
Switched off in this proposalEmailed instantly, valid twelve months, redeemable against any Sunday, hire kit or membership renewal.
Real and on site today
£Vouchers are cash up front, some are never redeemed, and every one that is brings a new player through the gate. A £30 voucher that is also a renewal is the neatest version.

UKARA
Three game days over at least 56 days is the UKARA rule for registration. Your count is tracked here.
WhyWhether you register players for UKARA is not published on your site, so the counter is proposed and marked; one for you to confirm.
Your desk. Not a public page.
This is what you see on a Sunday morning and on a Tuesday night once the site takes the money. Every number on it is sample: it shows the shape of the thing, not your real figures.
WhyThe public site is half the proposal. The other half is this: the manifest before the gates open, the hire guns counted on Friday, the deposits held, the membership renewals sent in one go, and the money landing in your bank without anyone counting it at the gate.
Manifest
Everyone who has booked and paid, before you open the gates at 08:00. FPS 09:30, games 10:00, lunch 12:30, finish 16:00.
Check-in
Each player shows the pass on the phone at the office. Scan it and the row ticks, and the arm bands go on. A player without a waiver signs on the tablet first.
Hire kits to issue
Twelve kits booked and paid: 3 member hires at £30, 9 non-member at £40. Tick each one as it goes out of the office.
Pre-orders to bag
Pre-orders today: £226. None of it counted at the gate.
Waivers outstanding
Takings so far, this Sunday
£0
Booked and paid by card before the gates open. Walk-ups on the day come on top.
Same Sunday last year
£1,180
59 players, cash and card at the gate. Hire booked but not paid, walk-ons uncounted, no pre-orders, no way to know who was coming.
Both figures are sample. Yours replace them the first Sunday it runs.
Bookings
The latest bookings on each of the next four dates, with the money against them. The Today manifest holds every player for Sunday; this list shows the most recent bookings for it. Refund or move a booking from here; the player gets the email, you do not write it.
A refund goes back to the card it came from. A move keeps the money and changes the date; if the new date costs a different amount, the difference is charged or refunded and the line here says so.
Members
Everyone with a card that is in date. Each one runs out twelve months from when it was paid, so the reminder goes out a month before, one member at a time, and this button sends the whole month's batch.
The list
Renewal run
Goes out with a card link for the next year. Anyone who pays stays a member without you touching it. Anyone who does not gets one nudge on the day it runs out and then pays walk-on fares until they renew.
Why they join
Walk-on £20 against £10, hire £40 against £30: £10 a full day, £5 a half day. The site now says that at the moment somebody is paying, and takes the ID photo there too.
Events
Halloween on Friday 30 October and Bonfire night on Friday 6 November, the dates worked out from your rule. The prices are yours; the deposit and the entries are sample.
Friday 30 October
Off your services page: five hours of play, normal game day charges, free BBQ, sleep over and camping. 17:00 to 23:55.
Booked in
Friday 6 November
Your services page says normal game day charges apply, so the night runs on your Sunday fares and nobody asks at the gate.
The BBQ
Money
What the site has taken, line by line, and when it reaches your bank. Every figure on this panel is sample; your Stripe account replaces them the day it goes live.
Takings by line, this month so far
Vouchers are in the proposal but switched off, so the line reads nil until you say yes.
Card against cash
Nothing stops you taking cash from a walk-up. The point is that the £40 memberships, the deposits and the pre-orders arrive before anyone has parked.
Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule you set once. The days shown are sample. Card fees are shown as a sample line, not a quote.

Chrono limits
Your published limits. They print on the booking confirmation and the site's FAQ, so nobody turns up hot.
Age and safety
The first two are your published rules and the site enforces them at the checkout: a player under 18 cannot finish a booking without a guardian's signature, and an 8 to 11 year old is booked with a family member.
