Placeholder mode is on. Everything in amber is sample content, not taken from your site. Turn it off in the toolbar for a clean walkthrough.
Every time on the page except the gates time, the membership figure, the two events on the Events page, the places-left counts, the pre-order and party prices, the day block, the account data, every figure in the revenue model and every figure and name in the back end need your real numbers. Your verified details are not marked: walk-on £20, gun hire £40 including 2000 BBs, every Sunday, 63 acre woodland players from 11 years of age, the hire package, the on-site shop and its prices, hot food and refreshments, free tea and coffee, the safe zone and car park, the toilet block, fully insured, ukara recognised, your address, phone and email, your blue, your logo and your own photographs. The frame of your ground from the air is Google's 3D imagery, not your photograph, and the two generated pictures (the brew and the canopy texture) say so on the picture.
A friendly airsoft club in the north east, open to anybody who wishes to play. Walk on for £20, or hire a gun package for £40 with 2000 BBs in it.
WhyYour opening screen is your own club: the laurel off your logo, your photograph of the plantation in a steel frame, your blue as an armband with the next Sunday and your fee on it, and the three things every first-timer asks. Your homepage today opens on a shop banner with the game site three clicks in, under the title "Airsoft Newcastle".
Join us every Sunday for a fun day shooting your friends

“NSC airsoft (Northern Skirmishing Club) is a friendly airsoft club in the north east open to anybody who wishes to play. We meet every Sunday and have a close relationship to all of our players.”
WhyThe club is the thing you have that a booking platform does not. Your group photograph and your own sentence say it; nothing here is ours except the frame.
Game day fees
Every figure here is our published fee. Nothing is added to it.
| Ticket | Game day |
|---|---|
| Walk-onYour own gun, eyes and BBs | £20 |
| Gun hireWalk-on fee including 2000 BBs | £40 |
Prices as published on nscairsoft.co.uk.
WhyYour game site page lists a walk-on fee, a gun hire fee, and "annual membership and UKARA registration" with no price beside it. The lever is here because the moment you set a member rate in the back end, this board turns over to it. Until then a member pays £20 like everyone else, and the board says so rather than guessing.
The sum
One price for a Sunday.
£20, own kit.
One walk-on fee, one hire fee, and annual membership & UKARA registration listed under them. What is on the board is what we charge.
£This is the pitch on one panel. You have a price, a hire package and a membership, and no way for anyone to pay for any of them before they arrive. Putting the fee on screen with a card button under it is the cheapest revenue you can add.
A Sunday
Park up in the safe zone, sign in, sort your kit. Free tea and coffee. If you are hiring, this is when the package is issued.
Own guns over the chrono, everyone through the brief on the track.
63 acre woodland. The rotation is the marshals' call on the day.
Hot food and refreshments at the safe zone.
Last game called. Hire kit back in.
Why8:30 am is the only time you publish, and it is on your Google listing rather than your site. Every other time is a proposal and marked; the day reads as a day so a first-timer can picture it. The background is your photograph of the brief on the track.
Player requirements
On site
WhyEvery line is off your homepage, in your order. What is not published (game times, chrono limits, the under-18 rule) is not stated.
The plantation
Fern floor, straight rows, snow one week and smoke the next.

WhyAll five are yours, from your gallery and your game site page. No generated woodland anywhere on the site: you do not need it.
The ground from above
Drag the picture to move it, pinch or use the buttons to zoom, tap a marker to see what we know about it.
WhyYou have no aerial photograph on your site, so this is a frame of the ground around your postcode from Google's 3D imagery, and it says so on the picture. Only the plantation belt is named from what the picture shows; the gate, the safe zone and the game area are markers that say "you tell us where". Your own drone shot drops straight in over it.
What players say
Your Google reviews drop in here, exactly as they were written.
Slot 1
Your most recent Google review lands here, word for word, with the reviewer's name and their star rating as Google holds it.
Slot 2
The one before it lands here.
Slot 3
And the one before that.
WhyNo typed-in testimonials: the three most recent reviews from your Google Business Profile render here and refresh themselves, marked up so the rating can show in search results. The slots are empty on purpose, and no stars are drawn until a real review fills one. Your listing returned no quotable snippets on 24 September, and a paraphrase is not a review.
On Google today

On Google, 24 September 2026.
WhyRead from your Google Business Profile on 24 September 2026. The number is real; your site does not show it anywhere.
Straight answers
AIEach question is phrased the way people type it, answered in the first sentence, and published as FAQPage structured data. Only the verified answers go into the structured data; the proposed parts are kept out of it so nothing an assistant quotes is invented.
Calendar
Walk-on game days every Sunday, gates 8:30 am. The two dated events are samples to show the shape and say so.
£Every Sunday is its own page with a price and a start time. That is what puts one of your Sundays into an assistant's answer to "airsoft near Newcastle this weekend", which today goes to whoever is selling "Airsoft Newcastle" online.
What's on at Bygate Plantation, Black Heddon
Night games and game days, each with its own page, its own date and a deposit taken online. The two below are samples of the shape.

New Year
Sample event
WhyYou have no events page and no posters on your site, so nothing here is yours except the photographs. The two cards show what one of your events looks like once it has an address, a price and a deposit button. The day you post a real one, it replaces a sample.

How events get announced today
WhyToday your events live on your Facebook page. There is no events page on your site, no address for each event to share or to search for, and no way to pay a deposit online.
This page is the fix: a permanent Events entry in your menu, one address per event, the deposit taken on the page, and past events kept as a record.
Today
Proposed
£The deposit is the wedge on an event. Taken online it holds the place, sends the receipt, and tells you on Friday how many are coming on Saturday.
Past events
Picture, date, and a line on how it went, kept at its own address.
The picture stays up after the day. Next year's players find last year's.
Results and winners recorded on the page, not lost in a thread.
Your copyright line says 2018. The oldest entry in the record.
WhySample layout: these four cards are invented to show the shape, and your real record replaces them. A past event kept at its own address is proof to a first-timer that the club has been running for years, and it is what search returns for "NSC night game" next October.
Booking. No phone call, no message, no platform fee.
Your own gun, eye protection and BBs.
Walk-on fee including 2000 BBs, issued at the gate.
£25 for the year is a sample figure; you set it.
£Your site lists annual membership and UKARA registration under the fees with no price and no way to buy it. Offering it here, to someone with their card out, is the highest-converting place on the site. The £25 is a sample; the hire line says exactly what your page says it includes.
Paid now, bagged with your name on, collected at the safe zone.
£You already run a shop with prices on it, and it is on a different page from the game site. Put the BBs in the basket beside the ticket and every booking is a chance to sell a bag of them, paid before anyone parks.
Signed waivers are stored against your account and reused for twelve months. No clipboard at the gate.
Demo only. No card is charged.
£The live site takes payment direct to your own Stripe account. Your own checkout means no platform commission, the customer list is yours, and the money is in your account before Sunday instead of reconciled from bank transfers afterwards.
Booking reference
Show this at the gate. It is in your email and your account, and it works with no signal.
Fees and membership
Walk on and pay on the day, as now. Join the club, with UKARA registration, at a price you set. Or buy a block of Sundays up front, which is proposed and marked as such.
Your membership
Price sample£25 a year, sample
Annual membership with UKARA registration is offered; the fee is not published, so £25 stands in for it here.
Pay once
£170 once
Ten Sundays at £17 instead of £20. Cash now, used at your own pace.
No commitment
Verified£20 a game day
Turn up, pay on the day. Gun hire package £40 including 2000 BBs.
Do the sum
No member rate is published, so the member line matches pay-on-the-day plus the sample membership. Set a member rate in the back end and this sum changes with it.
Membership and UKARA
WhyYour page puts "annual membership and UKARA registration" under game day fees. If it is the UKARA route, three games in no fewer than 56 days is the rule, and an account that counts them for the player is the reason to join. If it also buys a cheaper Sunday, say so and the board sells it.
Both figures are yours to set in the back end; the site follows.
£Deliberately not a monthly scheme. You run about fifty Sundays a year and a monthly fee is the wrong shape for that. The membership is already yours; the work is pricing it and selling it where somebody is paying.
Groups
Proposed: price a group on screen and hold the Sunday with a deposit. Every package here is a sample.
WhyYour site does not mention parties or group days, so nothing here claims you run them. It shows what a group quote looks like on a walk-on Sunday, with the hire package at your published £40. Whether you want it is your call. The background is your club photograph.
Instant quote
Deposit today: £123 · balance a week before
£A group of ten hires is ten times £40 at your published price, and today the organiser has to ring or email you. A quote on screen at 11pm on a Tuesday, with a deposit button next to it, converts the organiser while they are still in the group chat.
Shop
You already sell AEGs, sniper rifles, gas pistols, accessories and consumables online, and you have a shop on site. Proposed: the same shop, in the same basket as the Sunday ticket, collected at the safe zone.
WhyWhyYour site today is shop first and game site second; the two do not know about each other. Here the shop sits inside the site, the prices are yours off nscairsoft.co.uk/shop, and a bag of BBs goes in the basket next to the ticket. Nothing is invented: six real items, your prices.
Our photographYour own product photograph, laurel and all.

Gift vouchers
Switched off in this proposalEmailed instantly, valid twelve months, redeemable against any Sunday, the hire package, the membership or the shop.
Real and on site today
£Vouchers are cash up front, some are never redeemed, and every one that is brings a new player through the gate. A £40 voucher that is also a hire package is the neatest version.

Membership
Four Sundays as a member. The game count for UKARA is kept here, not on a card in a drawer.
On file
UKARA
Three game days over at least 56 days is the UKARA rule for registration. Your count is tracked here.
WhyYour site says UKARA registration comes with the membership, so the counter is the reason to have an account at all. The figures are sample.
Your desk. Not a public page.
This is what you see on a Sunday morning and on a Tuesday night once the site takes the money instead of the phone. Every number on it is sample: it shows the shape of the thing, not your real figures.
WhyThe public site is half the proposal. The other half is this: the manifest before the gates open, the hire packages counted on Friday, the shop orders bagged, the memberships and UKARA registrations in one list, and the money landing in your bank without anyone counting it at the gate.
Manifest
Everyone who has booked and paid, before you open the gates at 8:30 am. The rest of the day's times are yours to set.
Check-in
Each player shows the pass on the phone. Scan it and the row ticks. A player without a waiver signs on the tablet first.
Hire packages to issue
Twelve packages booked and paid at £40 each. Tick each one as it goes out.
Pre-orders to bag
Pre-orders today: £256. None of it counted in cash.
Waivers outstanding
Takings so far, this Sunday
£0
Booked and paid by card before the gates open. Walk-ups on the day come on top.
Same Sunday last year
£780
33 players, counted at the gate. No pre-orders, no hire booked ahead, no way to know who was coming.
Both figures are sample. Yours replace them the first Sunday it runs.
Bookings
The latest bookings on each of the next four dates, with the money against them. The Today manifest holds every player for Sunday; this list shows the most recent bookings for it. Refund or move a booking from here; the player gets the email, you do not write it.
A refund goes back to the card it came from. A move keeps the money and changes the date; if the new date costs a different amount, the difference is charged or refunded and the line here says so.
Members
Everyone who has paid the membership (a sample £25 here) and been UKARA registered through you. Renewals go out the month each one runs out; this button sends the ones due.
The list
Renewal run
Goes out a month before each membership runs out, with a card link for the next twelve months. Anyone who pays stays a member without you touching it. Anyone who does not gets one nudge and then drops off the UKARA count.
Why they join
Your page sells membership as UKARA registration, and the account counts the three games in 56 days for the player. That is the reason to join today; a member rate on the Sunday fee is yours to add.
Events
WhyYou publish no dated events, so both of these are samples: a night game with a deposit and a New Year day with a discount. Every figure is sample.
Saturday 31 October, sample
A sample event. From 16:00, own kit or hire, £25 with £10 down. Yours to change or delete.
Entrants
Sunday 3 January, sample
A sample 10% off. The site applies it to every fee for that day, so nobody asks at the gate:
Prizes on the day, sample
Money
What the site has taken, line by line, and when it reaches your bank. Every figure on this panel is sample; your Stripe account replaces them the day it goes live.
Takings by line, this month so far
Vouchers are in the proposal but switched off, so the line reads nil until you say yes.
Card against cash
Nothing stops you taking cash from a walk-up. The point is that the hire packages, the memberships, the deposits and the shop orders arrive before anyone has parked.
Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule you set once. The days shown are sample. Card fees are shown as a sample line, not a quote.
Settings
Change a price here and the fee board on the site changes with it. Prefilled with the two fees off your own site; the member and half-day boxes carry the same figures because you publish neither. The chrono limits are blank because you do not publish them.

Times
Running days
Set an extra date here and it goes on the site and to the members in the same minute, instead of a post people miss.
Chrono limits
Once filled in, these print on the booking confirmation and the site's FAQ. Until then the site says nothing about them, because you do not.
Age and safety
The age rule is yours and the site enforces it at the checkout. The under-18 rule is not on your site, so the checkout asks nothing about it until you set one.
