United British Government Forces
Recruited from the London Survivors, through basic training and then advanced tactical and survival training for the new long range reconnaissance division. First wave out of the safe zone.
Placeholder mode is on. Everything in amber is sample content, not taken from your site. Turn it off in the toolbar for a clean walkthrough.
The next Operation's date (your listing names the weekend but the year is in the background text and has passed), the places left, the private faction and corporate operation quote, the Empire Regulars season pass, the pre-order mechanism (the items and prices are your shop's), the account data and every name and number in the back end need your real figures. Your verified details are not marked: the £75 faction ticket and its two team options, the West Sussex Surrey border ten minutes from Lingfield racecourse and the location reveal rule, every timing from arrival Friday 15:00 to debrief Sunday 09:00, the three factions, the kit list, the ammo limits, the smoke, pyro, medic and capture rules, the WhatsApp and November Foxtrot lines, the lore, Op Empire Rising's date, place, price, times and format, your shop lines and product prices, your registered address, your email and your socials. Every picture is yours: your two patches, your Sector 3 artwork, your Empire Rising poster, your product wall and your product shots. Nothing is generated.
Operation Phoenix: arrival Friday 15:00, game start 19:00, endex Sunday 08:00. Faction tickets £75. Exact location given closer to the start.
WhyYour opening screen is your own identity pushed harder: your wordmark, your Sector 3 artwork behind the type, your two patches as the two tickets, and your own line, "THIS IS NOT A SKIRMISH EVENT", as the headline. Your shop today opens on Jaeger buffer pads and the Operation is three clicks away in a category called Events. This opens on the Operation, where it is, when it runs, what it costs, and a button.
WhyThe board is the shape of the thing: one row per Operation with arrival, game start and endex, and a button. Your listing carries the weekend (22nd to 24th March) but the year only in the lore text, and it has passed, so the row here is a sample date and says so. Set the next date in your desk and the row, the events page and the structured data follow.
This is not a skirmish event. This is a MilSim which intends to test your skills.
WhyYour two lines, word for word off the Operation Phoenix listing.
Operation Phoenix
Everything below is the Operation Phoenix listing, laid out the way an order is read: situation, mission, execution, service support, command and signal.
WhyYour listing is already an order: a background, factions, timings, a kit list, rules, and how you will be contacted. Your shop shows it as one long product description under an Add to cart button. Five numbered paragraphs is the device this design is built on; every word in them is yours.
In 2012 the globe was consumed by a modified Lyssavirus, NBV-1, a form of rabies. Operation Garden Fence built three rings of concrete, steel and soil-filled containers round London; the outer ring, along the M25, is The Line. In 2015 Parliament shut the border. Circa 3.5 million survived inside it.
“In early 2023, the election of the new ‘Unified British Government’ (UBG) lead to the expansion to secure land along the A12 into former Essex and along the A21 into the south of Kent.”
“Under the banner ‘Operation Phoenix’, the start of this movement outside of the walls is planned to start in late March 2024.”

WhyThe lore is the part of your listing a player reads twice. Two sentences of it are quoted exactly and credited; the rest is condensed with your own figures (2012, NBV-1, the M25, 2015, 3.5 million) and nothing added.
Tickets are sold per team: Team Opfor or Team United British Government Forces. On the ground the listing names three groups. Exact numbers are kept secret to aid immersion.
Recruited from the London Survivors, through basic training and then advanced tactical and survival training for the new long range reconnaissance division. First wave out of the safe zone.
No further information available until after you have booked.
The local survivor population. These tickets are available only to selected players: speak to Empire Events or November Foxtrot.
WhyYour shop sells two options, Opfor and UBG, at £75 each; your description names UBG, an Unknown Element and Local Civilians. Both are shown as written, and the Opfor ticket is placed against the Unknown Element because that is the only pairing your text supports. If the pairing is different, one line changes.
Forty-one hours on site from arrival to endex. There may be long periods of time that you are inactive: stag duties, reconnaissance taskings or roleplaying elements.
Friday 22nd March on the listing. Kit lists for your team come after booking.
Yellow smoke, the medic rules and your faction's re-insertion point are explained here.
Through Saturday. You will be role playing certain roles and following the instructions and taskings from your command structure.
Sunday 24th March on the listing.
Then home.
WhyEvery time is off your listing. "Forty-one hours" is the arithmetic between your arrival and endex times, nothing more.
Event location
Exact location will be given closer to event start.
WhyYour wording, spelling corrected ("boarder" on the listing). No map and no postcode, because you do not publish one for the ground, and the registered address in Brighton is an office, not the site.
Hits, medics, capture
Specific team kit lists are provided after booking. Two things apply to everyone.
Maximum ammunition carried at any one time
| Role | Limit | |
|---|---|---|
| Rifleman | 250 | Rifle or SMG |
| Support gun | 1500 | Carried, not staged |
| Sharpshooter | 50 | DMR or sniper |
| Side arms | 2 | Magazines total |
WhyYour four limits, laid out as the range card a player screenshots. They are also in the FAQ an assistant reads.
The shop
Sniper parts, pistol parts, GBB and AEG parts, HPA, tactical gear, attachments, consumables and concealment. Gun parts, BBs and gas were on sale at Empire Rising. Pre-order for the Operation and collect it at sign-in: proposed.

WhyThe shop is what your site is today, and it stays: your four category tiles are your own orange line art, and the background is your Jaeger Impact wall. It moves to paragraph four because on an Operation site the shop is support, not the mission.
Once you have booked on, you are invited to a WhatsApp chat for your dedicated team. Further information comes through that group on the lead up to the event.
Your team group
“We would ask that you minimise the amount of discussion with potential opposing team players.”
Your actions from the moment of booking on will impact the dynamic of the event. The invite goes out with the booking confirmation instead of by hand: proposed.
Pre-event
Join us on the November Foxtrot podcast on the lead up to the event for a pre-event discussion and Q&A session. Local Civilian tickets: speak to Empire Events or November Foxtrot.
Signal
Empire Airsoft LTD, Brighton. Also in the EU at empireairsoft.eu.
WhyToday a player buys a product, and somebody adds them to a WhatsApp group by hand, later. That gap is the wedge: the confirmation carries the invite, the group fills as the tickets sell, and the desk shows who is in which faction on the Friday.
Faction tickets
A ticket is the weekend: Friday arrival to Sunday debrief, in the faction you choose.
| Team | Per player, the weekend |
|---|---|
| UBGTeam United British Government Forces. Three teams of six, dynamic locations. | £75 |
| OpforTeam Opfor. The Unknown Element: no further information until you have booked. | £75 |
Both team options are £75 on the listing. Local Civilian tickets are for selected players only and are not sold on the page.
WhyYour two prices, as listed: the UBG option and the Opfor option at £75 each. No member rate exists and none is invented, so the member lever every other layout carries is switched off here.
The sum
One price.
Two sides.
Both team options are listed at the same price. Pick the side, pay the weekend, and the WhatsApp invite follows.
£The ticket is sold today; what is missing is everything round it: who is in which faction before Friday, the kit list sent with the receipt, the invite sent by the site, the record kept afterwards. Nothing here changes your price.

The record
Eight sniper pairs in untouched private woodland at Dormansland, Surrey RH7. Restricted ammo, bolt action and side arm only. Points from enemy kills and tasks; the winners from each event day in the final. An established military unit on patrol with a kill or capture order. £60 a ticket, BBQ and Saturday night camping included.
WhyYour first listed Operation, kept as a record with its poster. A past event at its own address is proof to a first-timer that the Operations happen, and it is what search returns for "Empire Rising airsoft" next year. Today it is an out-of-stock product.
Straight answers
AIEach question is phrased the way people type it, answered in the first sentence, and published as FAQPage structured data. Only the verified answers go into the structured data; the proposed sentences are kept out of it so nothing an assistant quotes is invented.
Calendar
One or two Operations a year, each one a weekend: arrival Friday 15:00, endex Sunday 08:00. A single day event is one daylight game, 08:00 to 18:00. The dates on this board are sample; the next Operation is announced in the shop.
£Every real Operation becomes its own page and its own Event record in the structured data, with a price and a start time. That is what puts a March weekend near Lingfield into Google's event results and into an assistant's answer to "milsim near Gatwick". Today the Operation is a product in a category, with the date in its name.
Empire Events
Operation Phoenix, 22nd to 24th March, on the West Sussex Surrey border. Op Empire Rising, 14 October 2023, at Dormansland. Both as listed in the shop, with the artwork made for each one.

Operation Phoenix
Not a skirmish event
This is a MilSim which intends to test your skills.
Empire Rising
Single ticket, one sniper
Gun parts, BBs, gas: available on the day.
WhyYour two listings are the whole of your events, so this page is built out of them: the artwork exactly as you made it, and the facts beside each one read off the listing in its order and its words. Both have run, so the button hides itself and the pill says so; the next Operation you list appears here with the same shape and a live button.

How Operations are sold today
TodayAn Operation is a WebShopApp product with the date in its title, in an Events category behind the parts menu. The buyer picks a team option, pays, and is added to a WhatsApp group by hand. There is no events page, no address per Operation to send a mate, and the last one is an out-of-stock product.
FixThis page is the fix: a permanent Events entry in the menu, one address per Operation with the artwork on it, the faction chosen at the checkout, the invite sent by the site, and the record kept afterwards.
Today
Proposed
£The roster is the wedge. You keep numbers secret to aid immersion; a site that knows who is UBG and who is Opfor before Friday keeps that secret for you and still tells you, on the Friday morning, exactly who is arriving.
The record
West Sussex Surrey border. UBG against the Unknown Element, £75 a ticket, Friday 15:00 to Sunday 08:00.
Dormansland, Surrey RH7. Eight sniper pairs, £60 a ticket, BBQ and camping.
WhyTwo real entries, off your two listings. Each future Operation joins them at its own address, with its artwork, its result and its roster count.
Booking. Pick a side, pay the weekend, get the invite.
Team United British Government Forces. Three teams of six, dynamic locations, long range reconnaissance.
Team Opfor. The Unknown Element: no further information available until after you have booked.
£Two options at your listed price. A booking for both sides at once is allowed, because a group of mates does that; the desk shows the split. What a ticket includes beyond entry is not on your listing, so nothing is claimed.
Paid now, bagged with your name on it at sign-in. The items and prices are from the shop today; collecting at the Operation is the proposal.
£Gun parts, BBs and gas were on sale at Empire Rising and you ship next day. Pre-ordered against the roster, they are money in the account before Friday and a bag count on Thursday night.
Your declaration is stored against your account and reused for the season. The WhatsApp number on your account is what the invite goes to.
Demo only. No card is charged.
£The live site takes payment direct to your own Stripe account, as your shop's checkout does today. What changes is what is attached to the payment: the faction, the declaration, the invite and the roster.
Booking reference
Show this at sign-in. It is in your email and your account, and it works with no signal in a wood. Your team's WhatsApp invite is in the same email.
Tickets
A faction ticket at the listed price. A private faction or a corporate Operation, quoted on screen. Or a season pass, which is proposed and marked as such.
On sale now
Listed price£75 per player, the weekend
Team Opfor or Team United British Government Forces.
Groups and companies
Quote on screen
A group of mates as their own faction inside a public Operation, or a company's own weekday Operation.
Season
£30 a season
A sample pass so the shape exists: first call on tickets before the public release, and the season's Operations at the listed price.
£The £75 is yours. The private faction and the pass are proposals: you sell one Operation at a time today, and the two things you cannot sell are a group that wants its own side and a regular who would pay to be first in the queue. Both are outlined amber until you price them.
Groups and companies
A group as its own faction inside a public Operation, or a company's own Operation on a weekday. Price it on screen and hold the date with a deposit.
WhyYour listings sell one ticket at a time. A club of twelve wanting to play as one team, or a company wanting a day of it, has nothing to click. This is what those become: a price on screen and a date held with a deposit. Every figure is sample. The background is your own KMCS photograph off your homepage.
Instant quote
Deposit today: £270 · balance a month before
£A quote on screen at 11pm on a Tuesday, with a deposit button next to it, converts the organiser while the group chat is still arguing about which side to be.
Kit
Upgrade parts, concealment, consumables: the shop, with next day UK shipping. Pre-order here and it is waiting with your name on at the Operation.
WhyThe shop is real and so is every price on this screen; they are your listings. What is proposed is collecting the order at sign-in instead of at the door, so a player buys the bucking on Tuesday and fits it in the car park on Friday.

Real today
£Vouchers are cash up front and some are never redeemed. A £75 voucher that is exactly a faction ticket is the neatest version, and it is switched off until you say yes.

Kit to collect
One Flamingo bucking, paid. Waiting with your name on at the sign-in desk.
WhyA player account holds the faction, the declaration and the invite, so the Friday morning is a scan, not a search through a chat.
Your desk. Not a public page.
This is what you see on the Thursday before an Operation and on the Friday afternoon once the site takes the bookings. Every number on it is sample: it shows the shape of the thing, not your real figures.
WhyThe public site is half the proposal. The other half is this: the roster by faction before Friday, the declarations checked, the kit bagged, the WhatsApp invites sent by the site, and the money landing in your bank with no hand-made group in between.
Roster
Everyone who has booked and paid, by faction, before arrival opens at 15:00 on the Friday. Sample Operation after that.
Sign-in
Each player shows the pass on the phone. Scan it and the row ticks. A player without a declaration signs on the tablet first. The faction is on the row.
Opfor roster
Opfor players, booked and paid. Tick each one as their team invite goes out.
Kit to bag
Pre-orders for this Operation: £287. None of it sold at a car boot.
Declarations outstanding
Takings so far, this Operation
£0
Booked and paid on your own checkout before the Friday. Nothing sold at the gate.
Operation Phoenix, through the shop as it stands
£1,500
A sample twenty tickets through the WebShopApp listing, each one added to a WhatsApp group by hand afterwards. No kit pre-ordered, no roster before the day.
Both figures are sample. Yours replace them the first Operation it runs.
Bookings
The latest bookings on each listed date, with the money against them. Refund or move a booking from here; the player gets the email, you do not write it.
A refund goes back to the card it came from. A move keeps the money and changes the Operation; if the new one costs a different amount, the difference is charged or refunded and the line here says so.
Regulars
Everyone who has paid the sample £30 for the season. Renewals fall due before the first Operation of the next season, and this button queues every one.
The list
Renewal run
Goes out before the season's first Operation is announced, with a card link for the next season. Anyone who pays keeps first call on tickets. Anyone who does not drops to the public release.
Why they would join
You keep numbers secret and sell one Operation at a time; the people who come to every one would pay to be sure of a place. That is the whole pass, and it is a proposal until you price it.
Money
What the site has taken, line by line, and when it reaches your bank. Every figure on this panel is sample; your Stripe account replaces them the day it goes live.
Takings by line, this month so far
Vouchers are in the proposal but switched off, so the line reads nil until you say yes.
Tickets against everything else
The ticket stays the ticket. The point is that the kit, the private factions and the passes arrive on the same checkout before anyone has driven to Lingfield.
Stripe payouts
Stripe pays out on a rolling schedule you set once. The days shown are sample. Card fees are shown as a sample line, not a quote.
Settings
Change a price here and the board on the site changes with it. Prefilled with your listed £75; the ammo limits are prefilled with the four you publish.

Operations
Set a date here and it goes on the site, into the structured data and to the Regulars in the same minute, instead of a product title people miss.
Ammo limits
These print on the booking confirmation and in the site's FAQ, word for word off your listing.
Rules the checkout enforces
Your two published requirements become two boxes a player ticks before the card form appears, so the Friday briefing starts with people who have read them.
Consider your shots. You can't just blap everything that moves.
WhyYour line, off the Operation Phoenix listing, with the "ie" dropped.
