The six game day dates on the board and in the calendar, every places-left count, the member price applied at the checkout, the pre-orders themselves, the ten-day block, the private game quote and its figures, the account data and the map markers all need your real numbers. Not marked, because they are yours: £29, £32, £51, £30, £10, £3, £11.50, £9 and £5, the £24 your own £5 code makes of £29, the first and third Sunday rule, every time of day, 100 acres, 60 cars, over 100 players, both zone maps and every place named on them, the rental kit list, the joule limits and the 30 metre rule, the bio BB rule and the five weights, the age rules, the cafe and the free tea and coffee, the 5.0 from 31 reviews and the three quotes, your phone, email, address, what3words and directions, your badge, your four posters and all twenty-seven of your photographs. WhyYour opening screen is four of your own pictures, moving. Your two players off your game day poster come up first, then the helicopter, the log trench and the bunker you photographed in the wood, each one held for five seconds with a slow push in and credited in the corner as it shows. Your badge, your place line and your own gold sit on top, and your next date is stamped beside them. Nothing here is generated. The reason it is pictures and not a timetable: you have twenty seven photographs of this site and the old opening screen showed almost none of them, which threw away the one thing a first time player wants to see. Your times, your four fares and your dates are on the next screen down, word for word as they were.

Real players. Real action. Real fun.

WhyYour own line, word for word off your game day poster, on your own gold tape.

WhyThis screen is your game day poster set out as a page: your date panel ruled in your gold, your four fares as the poster lists them, BOOK NOW in your gold, and the icon row off the foot of the poster word for word up in the opening screen. Every time and every price here is yours. It used to sit on top of your photographs and it was the only lit thing on the page, so it has come down one screen where it reads better and the pictures get the top. The board of dates is worked out from your own first and third Sunday rule, and it is marked as ours until you confirm each one: today the site sells one dated product at a time, and when that one closes there is no next date anywhere on it.

WhyThese two drawn maps are the best thing you own and today they sit at the bottom of a long page, 900 pixels wide, under everything else. Here they are the middle of the site, at size, one gold and one cyan, with the paragraph you already wrote under each and the places read off the maps themselves. Nothing here is written by us: the descriptions are yours word for word.

Prices

Three pounds is what not booking costs

Own kit is £29 pre-booked online and £32 if you walk on without booking. Rental kit is £51 with entry included, and it has to be booked and paid for before the day. Throw the lever to see the member price.

Prices as published on aceairsoft.co.uk. Safety glasses for a spectator to wear in the game zone are £3.

WhyEvery figure on this board is on your booking page or your membership page. The £24 is the one piece of arithmetic we have done for you: £29 pre-booked less the £5 your membership page promises off the walk on fee. Your page does not say which fee the £5 comes off, so that is the first thing to confirm. Membership does not touch rental, and the board says so because your page does.

£30 a yearStandard club membership

The sum

Six game days
and the £30 is paid back

Standard club membership is £30. It issues a discount code worth £5 off the walk on fee at regular games and it registers you with UKARA. It needs your own kit: the benefits do not apply to rental.

Standard membership£30, own kit only
UKARA only£10
TodayA code typed in by hand at the checkout
ProposedThe member price applied to the account, no code

£You already sell the membership as a product and then hand out a discount code to be typed in by hand. That is the cheapest thing on this whole page to fix: the account knows who is a member, the £24 shows itself, and the £30 gets offered at the moment it saves someone money rather than on a page nobody visits.

The ground

Where everything sits,
on our own map

Drag the map to move it, pinch or use the buttons to zoom, tap a marker to see what is there.

Marker positions are read off the drawn map; move them if they are wrong
The Wasteland map, drawn from above: the safe zone and car park to the west, the village and trenches, the fuel depot, the crash site, the ruins and The FOB to the east, with the site boundary in red and the stream in blue
Our own map of The Wasteland

WhyNo aerial of your ground exists that we could use, and we did not make one up. Your own drawn map is better than a satellite picture anyway, so it is the ground: pan it, zoom it, and every marker sits where your own map puts the label. The six markers carry your words; the three lines under each one are ours and are marked as sample until you say what really runs there.

★★★★★

Best site in the West Midlands

“Ace Airsoft is hands-down the best site in the West Midlands (and in general) that I've been to in nearly 10 years of doing airsoft. Marshals are lovely, good shop, plenty of field variety and the games are well-structured. Perfect 5/5 from me!”

Ieuan Wilkes, 06 Apr 2025

★★★★★

Awesome day

“Fantastic day, very well organised, games were spot on. Couldn't fault the marshalling. Great vibe from start to finish.”

Stewart Crawford, 04 Jun 2023

WhyAll three are copied whole off your own reviews page, with the names and the dates as they sit there. Nothing is trimmed and nothing is stitched: a review that needed cutting to fit was left out rather than edited. No Google rating appears anywhere on this site, because the listing that comes back for "Ace Airsoft" is a different business in another county, and a rating that is not yours is worse than none.

Questions people type into a search box

How old do you have to be to play at Ace Airsoft War Games?
The minimum age to play is 12 years old. Under 16s need a parent or guardian over 18 on site throughout the day, though they do not have to play. Under 18s need a parent or guardian to sign the consent form at signing in, and must wear full face protection. Pyrotechnics are over 18s only.
How much does a day at Ace Airsoft War Games cost?
Own kit is £29 pre-booked online, or £32 if you walk on without booking. Rental kit is £51 including entry into all games. Free tea and coffee is in all three.
When are the game days?
We tend to hold open day games on the first and third Sunday of each month, confirmed with the site owner a couple of weeks beforehand. Gates open at 08:30, signing in closes at 09:30, the safety briefing is at 09:30, games start at 10:00, lunch is an hour at 13:00 and games end at 16:30.
What does the rental kit include?
Entry into games, one assault rifle, one magazine, 1,000 rounds of bottled ammo, a face mask and an assault vest, for £51. Rental kit must be pre booked and prepaid.
Do I need to be a member?
No. Standard club membership is £30 and issues a discount code worth £5 off the walk on fee at regular games, plus UKARA registration. It requires your own kit and the benefits do not apply to rental. UKARA only registration is £10. Applying the member price to your account instead of a typed code is proposed.
What are the joule limits at Ace Airsoft War Games?
Chrono with the heaviest weight BB you intend to use. Any gun capable of full auto is 1.2 joules maximum, pistols of all types 1.2 joules, DMRs 1.9 joules and single shot sniper rifles 2.4 joules, both with a 30 metre minimum engagement distance. HPA guns must be anti tamper tournament locked. Chronograph testing is carried out at the start of the day and may take place at random during the day.
Can I bring my own BBs?
Yes, as long as they are biodegradable: this is a bio BB only site. We stock 0.20g, 0.25g, 0.28g, 0.4g and 0.45g bio ammo on site. Anything other than those weights, please bring your own.
Do I have to book in advance?
Rental kit has to be pre booked and paid for online. With your own kit, booking online is £29 and walking on without booking is £32, and pre booking speeds up registration on the morning of games. Booking any game day six weeks out, rather than one date at a time, is proposed.
How do I pay?
Own kit places and rental kit are bought online. On site the payment is card only: there is no cash. Ammo and pyro are available to buy on the day. Paying for everything by card when you book is proposed.
Is there food?
Tea and coffee are free all day long from the cafe on site, which is a separate business and also sells burgers, hot dogs and chips at very reasonable prices. There are toilets in the safe zone area.
Where is Ace Airsoft War Games?
C/O Warped Sports, Tong Wood, Newport Road, Wolverhampton, Shropshire, TF11 8PN. what3words ///rationing.canyons.shadow. Leave the M54 at junction 3 onto the A41 towards Wolverhampton and Cosford: the site entrance is 20 metres from the roundabout. Phone 07786192832.
Can I book a private game for a birthday or a stag party?
Yes. Private games take 10 to 30 players aged 11 upwards, from 9am arrival to 4.30pm with an hour for lunch. A quote on screen and a deposit are proposed in place of emailing for a pricing structure.

WhyEvery one of these is yours, none of them generated, and they are small here because your site serves them at 640 pixels. The originals off the camera drop straight in at full size. Four more of them are up in the two zone cards and one is behind the private games band, which is twenty seven in all.

Two zones. One hundred acres. Real fun.

WhyThe last two words are the end of your own poster line; the first half is ours, written in its register. Swap it in a minute.
